est constitu\u00e9e des apolipoprot\u00e9ines et des lipides les plus hydrophiles: phospholipides (PL.) et cholest\u00e9rol non est\u00e9rifi\u00e9 (cholest\u00e9rol libre) avec leur partie polaire orient\u00e9e vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"538\" height=\"328\" src=\"https:\/\/avo6.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-1.png\" alt=\"Lipoprot\u00e9ine Structure \" class=\"wp-image-674\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avo6.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-1.png 538w, https:\/\/avo6.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-1-365x223.png 365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 538px) 100vw, 538px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-la-classification-des-lipoproteines\">La classification des lipoprot\u00e9ines&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lipoprot\u00e9ines peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9es en fonction de leur composition chimique, leur pathog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 ou encore de leurs&nbsp; propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La classification des lipoprot\u00e9ines, universellement utilis\u00e9e en biologie clinique est bas\u00e9e sur deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La densit\u00e9 hydrat\u00e9e: les lipoprot\u00e9ines ont une densit\u00e9 hydrat\u00e9e qui varie principalement&nbsp; avec leur richesse relative en lipides.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La charge \u00e9lectrique: les lipoprot\u00e9ines ont une charge \u00e9lectrique variable selon leur composition prot\u00e9ique.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-1-classification-selon-la-densite-hydratee--ultracentrifugation-de-flottation\"><strong>1.Classification selon la densit\u00e9 hydrat\u00e9e&nbsp;: Ultracentrifugation de flottation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique d&rsquo;ultracentrifugation a permis de proposer une classification plus fine et plus compl\u00e8te des lipoprot\u00e9ines plasmatiques.&nbsp; Ainsi on distingue aujourd&rsquo;hui cinq&nbsp; populations plasmatiques&nbsp; des lipoprot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chylomicrons de densit\u00e9 &lt; 0.95g\/ml<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>VLDL : lipoprot\u00e9ine de tr\u00e8s faible densit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>IDL : lipoprot\u00e9ine de&nbsp; densit\u00e9&nbsp; interm\u00e9diaire<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>LDL : lipoprot\u00e9ine&nbsp; de faible densit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>HDL : lipoprot\u00e9ine de forte densit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-2-classification-selon-la-mobilite-electrophoretique\"><strong>2.Classification selon la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrophor\u00e9tique&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lipides polaires et les apoprot\u00e9ines de la couche p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique conf\u00e8rent aux lipoprot\u00e9ines une charge \u00e9lectrique permettant leur s\u00e9paration lorsqu&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon de s\u00e9rum est soumis \u00e0 l\u2019action d\u2019un champ \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur <a href=\"https:\/\/avo6.com\/2020\/05\/methodes-electrophoretiques-principe-appareillage-et-application-en-domaine-medicale\/\">l\u2019\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se\u00a0<\/a>: les lipoprot\u00e9ines ont une mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectro phor\u00e9tique comparable \u00e0 celle des globulines\u00a0 \u03b1 et\u00a0 \u03b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On s\u00e9parera&nbsp; Chaque lettre peut \u00eatre suivie d\u2019un chiffre si dans une m\u00eame famille apolipoprot\u00e9ine la structure primaire varie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la partie intelligente de la lipoprot\u00e9ine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi la principale fonction des apolipoprot\u00e9ines on peut citer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>R\u00f4le de structure<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contribuant \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion et \u00e0 la \u00absolubilit\u00e9\u00bb des lipoprot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple: Apo B constitue l\u2019armature fixe des lipoprot\u00e9ines de grande taille<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>R\u00e9gulation m\u00e9tabolique<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00f4le d\u2019activation des enzymes du m\u00e9tabolisme des lipoprot\u00e9ines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00f4le de reconnaissance des lipoprot\u00e9ines par les r\u00e9cepteurs cellulaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-lipoproteine-a--lpa\">Lipoprot\u00e9ine a : LP(a)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lipoprot\u00e9ine particuli\u00e8re, de densit\u00e9 comprise entre 1.055 et 1.085g\/ml, qui ressemble tr\u00e8s fortement aux&nbsp; LDL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle s\u2019en distingue toutefois par le fait qu\u2019elle renferme, en plus de l\u2019apo B100, une apoprot\u00e9ine particuli\u00e8re, l\u2019apo (a), reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019apo B100 par un pont disulfure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La structure de l&rsquo;Apo(a) est tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re.
