Le pH du sang art\u00e9riel d\u2019un sujet normal est stable malgr\u00e9 l\u2019agression acide continue, cette stabilit\u00e9 est indispensable au bon fonctionnement des prot\u00e9ines et \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 optimale des enzymes. D\u2019ou\u2019 l\u2019importance vitale d\u2019une r\u00e9gulation \u00e9troite du pH de l\u2019organisme entre 7,35 et 7,45 qui va \u00eatre assur\u00e9e <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>par les syst\u00e8mes tampons et deux organes : le poumon et le rein.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 115%; mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\"><b><u><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"color: red;\">I\/ GENERALITES<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 115%; mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"FR\">La concentration en ion H+ d\u2019une solution correspond \u00e0 son acidit\u00e9, elle est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par la mesure du pH\u00a0:<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>pH = log 1\/ [H+].
